Another evening of tiredness - the immune response kind :D That's pretty much it this evening, not much else to report.

So yesterday I started to get pain in my joints and ligaments, it's not super painful, it could even be akin to stiffness pain. I have general unwell feeling throughout my body and just feel yuck. So exactly how Josh said it would be, almost exaclty on time as well. Sore throat isn't back...

Felt very fatigued but not crushingly so. I just felt crap at a muscular level all night. Like my whole bodies tired but not totally exhausted. Sore throat is being kept at bay currently which is great as I dont like it when I just goes on and on. Woke up very dehydrated in the night...

Fatigue is starting to get bad. Feels like a very slow crash. Bubbles away for weeks and then suddenly you find out your in a bad place. As it's impossible to tell the difference between a bad protocol and often one that's working/works it's difficult to stop if you think it's too early to do...

So glad I have a spreadsheet or god knows what these numbers would look like  So I should say that for the last few days my mental clarity and mental energy is better. That's not really surprising as I would expect that from prolonged reishi use. I've used it before, so not surprising...

Slept well and woke with a little fatigue. The fatigue seems to be coming from the raised immune response, so hoping it will subside in a month or two. I'm going to try ALA again as based on my reading it seems to be safe and the best way to get mercury out of the brain if it's there, assuming...

Feeling a lot better since I removed the rala. Might be a coincidence but there we go. I also find the evening dose of glycine vitamin c and egcg really calms me right down. Which by that point in the day my body seems to really need. I take magnesium ascorbate as I don't tolerate much else...

Looking to tweak the protocol a little now due to heart burn, nausea and generally feeling unwell. Not all of which I am prepared to believe is the immune response, as a lot of it seems to be to do with stomach upset. So today I took the reishi after the main dose by 30 minutes to see if it...

Slept fairly well last night with melatonin and 5-htp. If it wasn't for this cursed ulcer brought on by the constant immune response I would probably have slept loads better. I do think b vitamins specifically b12 and maybe b3 seem to keep me awake even in small doses every day. Which is why I'm...

8pm now in the UK. Took my third dose at 5pm. I still feel pretty off. I've noticed taking the dose on an empty stomach at 5pm is rather brutal and the morning dose at 10am is difficult too. But the lunchtime dose seems to be much better on the stomach. I'd say my main symptom when not taken on...
Hello, So as it's the weekend I've got more time to post. After dose one today I felt pretty horrid for about 2 or 2.5 hours. Might just be coming out of this now...? Not sure yet. Feel very nauseaus and generally very unwell. Head pressure and feel exhausted. This is "on top" of the crashed...

Didn't feel completely well yesterday. Felt like my weakness which I had almost got rid of prior to starting the protocol had come back. I crashed after exertion in the early morning and continued to crash all night. Still crashing now more or less. Whole body had bad muscle fatigue, bad...

Almost a week on this protocol. Since starting the reishi I've had a little gastric upset and I don't think I've felt as "well" in the evenings. Tonight I feel pretty sick, not nauseous just flu'y and I have a headache, plus feel physically weaker. While part of me wants to discontinue the...
Slept badly but it was more tossing and turning all night on the whole. I tend to feel very warm at night at the moment, like I'm slightly over heating. This isn't remotely a fever but could be a hormonal shift or an immune/hormonal shift increasing my body temp. I also slept in the spare bed...

Overall my immune response continues to be mild but lasts a few hours after dosing. My sore throat has gone again, which for me is great because I just hate the symptom! However I'm now battling a very dry mouth, I get this when my immune system is busy (when I get a cold). So I would say for...

Slept fairly badly last night, prior to my evening dose I was actually feeling super tired so I basically didn't bother taking any melatonin, which come to think of it was possibly a bit dumb considering it's in Josh's protocol. Even so I try not to take melatonin if I feel I just don't need...

Day 3 today, I managed to get access the the genova diagnostics test for europe for a brand new OAT test, so that was really good. You need a practioner to do this, thankfully I found a lady who's not going to charge me. So on day 7 I will take the OAT and see what results I get. Some things...

As per Steiner's post on the main forum I thought I'd share my daily protocol - as per Josh's protocol listed in his paper: I find it much easier to follow when it's all written down and to refer to in the future if required.

Slept much better last night. To be safe I took melatonin 1.5mg 1000mg 5-htp and 25mg nytol. Even so slept very well on that. Fatigue isn't too bad thismorning. I did have to do some jobs last night which required physical exertion. It was fairly demanding so I think overall the fact I've not...
