Night 7

Slept well and woke with a little fatigue. The fatigue seems to be coming from the raised immune response, so hoping it will subside in a month or two.

I'm going to try ALA again as based on my reading it seems to be safe and the best way to get mercury out of the brain if it's there, assuming it's taken every 3 to 4 hours. Also ALA protocols suggest vitamin c is important. Plus if taking cysteine, then ideally you want ALA too.

I am glad my sleep has settled back to normal, just taking 1.5mg melatonin and 500mg 5-htp before bed.
