So I tried Hesperdin last week and yesterday. This stuff blocks ACE2 receptor attachment and is hepaprotective. However I'm allergic to most fruit and hesperidin is from citris fruits (but it's in most fruits). I had delayed diherrea the first time and second time an allergic reaction throughout my body. I've not yet recovered from it. I'm actually going to take some quercitin if I can find some as it might be a mast cell issue, I took an anti histamine and it didn't help.

I also suffered from diherrea and bad abdominal pains after eating some coconut yoghurt last night.

This winter has been hard for me because a lot of my stomach complaints came back, they had disappeared from what I can remember prior to October last year. But winter is always bad for me and I expect the heat of spring and the lack of colds and other crap to make things easier. Also covid19 infections have displaced most common viruses this winter nad last winter. But this winter rhinoviruses have flourished, so maybe that's why I am not doing too great.

I also plan to get an igg subclass test from my GP or failing that drive 50 miles south to get it at a big city privately for £300.

This should tell me if I am clinically vulnerable to covid19 and it should tell me whether my ME is caused by low igg subclasses (no treatments are available if this is the case).

Aww...that's a bummer. :( Do you think the quercetin will help?

Did you see Wayne's thread by that doctor regarding hydrocortisone and vitamin C?

I also plan to get an igg subclass test from my GP

I hope he will cooperate with that so you don't have to drive so far and pay out of pocket. Praying.

Hey,

Not sure the quercitin did anything actually. I think just being in bed all day yesterday and sleeping for an extra 5 or 6 hours helped.

I woke up today feeling more normal. But I've still got aches and pains. But no fatigue yet. Been waking with night sweats and sore throat at night. So it must be a virus or I'm over heating it seems incredibly warm here right now. Global warming is so confusing. It should be minus temp but it's not. I'm roasting inside.
