Covid update

Lung pain has definitely gone since taking two 5mg hydrocortisone doses one week apart six weeks post covid.

My energy envelope is improving as well. However neuro inflammation seems to be much higher than it was pre COVID. Hopefully it will fully recover by six months.

But I'm still on the lookup for more meds to lower it. As I can't take celebrex.

I als found out Dr Claire Taylor runs a Scottish long COVID clinic and also sees ME patients. So that's a brand new Dr we can all see! And she's a speciality in neurology. Very smart woman! Also knows what meds to prescribe too.

So I'll see her in a few months for some more opinions on meds.
