Solitude

Hey, I've recently started a bit of a "love affair" with BBC online radio. I listened to this podcast tonight. It's 17 minutes long. The topic: solitude.

One person interviewed on this radio show is a a woman who chooses solitude. She is content with it. She tells, at the end of the segment, her longest stint with solitude. What has been your longest stint? What got you through?

I find solitude is an essential component of my healing journey. It's why I can be so bad at answering emails (sorry!)

Dainty, oh, I had no expectations of you...we are all on a different, and difficult journey. I just happened to hear this podcast last night. It got me thinking of how comfortable I am with my solitude at times, and other times not at all.
