I've been taking the acetyl-l-glutathione just once in a while. I think it's a sulfur/thiol so I have to be careful but because of my teeth, I've been on a cycle of antibiotics again lately.
Antibiotics always seem to make my sensitivities lessen for some reason...maybe shifting the microbiome somehow?
When I first tried the acetyl-l-glutathione I couldn't tolerate it though and like I said even now, I'm trying to be very careful with it by only taking it once in a while.
