My usual dosage of the traditional Chinese formula my doctor prescribed began, several months ago, at 4 "teapills" 2x a day. I've dropped that down to 2 pills, 2x a day, because the original dose seems to have caused flareups of my eczema, and other poor effects.
Yesterday I had a bad flare up after a missed dose the day before, and I've increased my dosage temporarily to 3 pills, 2x day. I made it through today pretty well, but I'm very tired and stiff this evening. I am going to take my melatonin and see if I can get to sleep early tonight. I hope this flare doesn't last.
