  • Iron - can be supplemented or increased with Betaine or B2
  • Essential Fatty Acids
Still looking assuming some trace mineral I still need to find perhaps

Yes it does include Magnesium. I also take extra of that and Zinc.. I'll be doing a writeup soon. This note was so I didn't lose track of what I was doing.
