Mine is shipping to me now, will update how it goes. Feel like it could go either way. Lets see if my body likes more T cells. Got prescription via instructions on a pinned post in the sadbe subreddit.
Hi @Forummember9922 ,

Anything to report with the SADBE yet? I am considering trying it myself. Would you mind sharing where you purchased it from. I was looking at getting it here: https://www.medixcorp.com/catalog/detail.asp?Item_id=9796, which is one of the places suggested on the Reddit sub form.

Thank you!

Sadbe is kind of a long term drug. I dosed once a month ago but then the second dose won't be for another 60 days. And most people don't get the rash (apparently this means it's really working) until the second dose.

I am doing well comparatively though. If there ever was a Prustyphile who is trying to implement treatments towards all of that jazz I certainly qualify. And I am on Tenofovir and Valtrex and about to start Amenalief instead of Valtrex. I feel that I have recently gotten a lot of benefits from lysine, especially mentally. I almost feel like it has been the most helpful supplement for mental symptoms since getting CFS last Christmas. And I mention that because Lysine would also be on this train of anti-herv ideology.

I also finished a bottle of Sofosbuvir which I don't think did much. But overall I am doing very well compared to my former self. I think the lysine is helping with wound healing and I consider that a very relevant piece of the puzzle, as I never had wounds that did not heal until CFS - where I got ridiculous dark, lasting scars from small scratches or blisters. This to me aligns with ideas about fibronectin.

The problem with doing all these treatments is unclear data as to what's doing what. But to me, finding myself in the worst situation I have been in my life makes me want to imply a multi faceted approach.

Mostly I am just grateful for the mental benefits I have been experiencing.

Edit: today lots of lysine and felt terrible especially mentally, so not silver bullet

Hi @Forummember9922 ,

Thanks for the update and the detailed helpful info! My main identified viral challenge is EBV (none of the other viruses tested showed elevated antibodies). I've been on valacyclovir for almost two years now and it has made a huge difference for my brain fog and mood. I stared with 1g tid, but was recently able to drop to 1g bid after I had further improvements on nystatin. Any lower than that and EBV symptoms come back. I tried tenofovir alafenamide, but could not tolerate it.

Anyhow, I have had improvements with immune stimulants such as oxymatrine, cycloferon, and even COVID vaccine, so SADBE peaked my interest. Would you mind sharing where you purchased yours? I will likely purchase it this weekend and do a thorough read of info available. I'm glad to hear that you have made such improvements with your approach.

I just went to the SADBE subreddit and followed their pinned post with it’s suggested doctors. Then got referred to a keystone pharmacy. Process was much easier than the not uncommon prospect of mixing it by ones self.

Improvements yes but crashed today, in bed most of the day. Yet I had a bunch of great days before crash. This happened last week as well, kind of polarizing days. Don’t think that’s sadbe related though. Started Amenalief today also.

If 6-12 months of Sadbe+tenofovir+amenalief does or doesn’t make me improve that would be useful data either way in my opinion.

It has been 4 days since applying the SADBE. Yesterday I started having intermittent very low grad fever and slight cervical lymphadenopathy that has continued through today. I didn't see fever reported in any SADBE studies, and only found one Reddit poster reporting it. However, it is reported in studies with other topical immune sensitizers and I this is could be due to the SADBE. I have had very limited contact with others the last few days, no other symptoms of cold or flu, and a negative COVID test. This low grade fever feels like the fevers I got when I started valacyclovir, oxymatrine, cycloferon, and COVID vaccine, all of which resulted in eventual improvement. So, I'm hopeful, but it is too early to tell. I do not have a rash at the application site.

Just did my 2nd dose at 90 days

Also today realized I did not wait long enough to wash previous/1st dose off. (Supposed to wait 3 hrs, i did 10 mins, whoops)

My pain in personal area remains daily so hopefully dose 2 helps (dose 2 is basically dose 1, they say)

And maybe 1% chance it would help cfs via prusty ideologies. Will update down the line

As an update on my SADBE experiment, I had low grade intermittent fever for about 4 weeks and was generally worse. After the fevers resolved, I was still worse than my prior baseline, crashing much more easily, even from screen time or conversations over 10min, which was new for me. It took me about 2.5 months to get back to baseline.

I wondered how you were because you haven't been on the site lately but was hoping it meant you improved even more. :oh-dear:

@Shanti1 so unfortunate this didn't work for you 😔 It's soo hard to find anything that works well HHVs in me/cfs. My guess is that for SADBE to work it requires well functioning immune system that can clear the viruses when being stimulated, so might work only for a subset, mostly people who are close to mild in severity. Or as alternative it might require combining SADBE with antivirals like valcyte or using IVIG at the same time, just a guess thou.

@Hipsman Yes, and I was hoping its effect against herpes simplex and hpv would extend to EBV, which hasn't been validated. I only have elevated EBV titers / symptoms, but not the other two. I do take valtrex, which is very helpful.
