Possibly a theory, low ph increases mcas activation

i got an new theory, and it has some basis, found in analysing it with ai.

my problem is that i cannot do any ascorbic acid, it makes my immune system go haywire. its accumulative and increases over days of using ascorbic acid like products, plants, supplements etc.
not so from sodium ascorbate. but i couldnt find any ascorbate supplement anymore i tolerate because of weird new plastics which leech into the products and make it potential allergenic again for me.
so i am trying something new, mixing pure organic acerola juice with mineral water with high hydrogencarbonate (similiar to natron, natron is kinda hydrogencarbonate bound to sodium, might also work). i put a bit of acerola juice into my bottle of high ph mineral water which will through hydrogencarbonate/natron convert the ascorbic acid into ascorbate. takes some minutes/hours and occassional shaking.

i also noticed the water increases my urin ph which i think is good because mine is chronically to low, 5-6 ph , showing a chronic acidity in my body.

AND i noticed that i got leakage of proteins in my urin to like 300mg/Liter, which seams to go lower with more high urine ph as well. maybe my kidneys are overwhelmed by too much acids in my body over a very long time. i suspect years or decades because my urin php is almost for 8 years that low. thats when i first measured it.

so there is the fact that mcas / cells release histamin more easily in low acidic environment (< 7ph). so by increasing my body ph with potatoes, mineral water with high ph , i might raise my cellular ph and therefore reduce the mcas activation.

what might increase PH as well are base things like:
- magnesium / potassium / calcium citrates
- potatoes
- natron (sodiumhydrogencarbonate / sodium bicarbonate) and similar compounds
(note:when i say natron i mean sodium bicarbonate, thats what we say in europe. USA has different meaning of natron and other parts of the world too, so consider sodium bicarbonate when i say natron)

so lets see how this goes with my new acerola mineral water mixture.

we already had a similar topic here, using natron for increasing PH:

You know I have noticed a correlation between changing my PH through breath work (tested with ph strips and urine) and all symptoms/general state of being.

The annoying part of this is I generally struggle to be able to pull off some solid enough breath work to actually get the PH change due to physical and structural reasons, but whenever I have been able to get my urine PH into the blue and dark blue there has always been a noticeable difference in symptoms.

Not that this is necessarily of course simply due to the PH, but just the overall effect of also oxygenating my whole system and getting circulation and cells moving and stimulated.

Maybe worth trying if you can manage, some WIm Hof rounds with retentions and test before and after. Trick is for ME/CFS people though to do the breathing within your limitations, even if it is just doing it slowly like buteyko, pushing it will probably only lead to grief.
