I am having success with the drug but my sleep has been screwed up more that usual. Just soldiering through at this point. For me it pretty much stopped working. Side effects were bad sleep.
What is your dose? And how long have you been in it?I am having success with the drug but my sleep has been screwed up more that usual. Just soldiering through at this point.
I’m hearing Stanford recommends super low doses like 0.25 mg three times per week (maybe someone mentioned this earlier in this thread).

how do you even measure that much ?
I have an appointment in three months so i will get back to everyone about this. In the meantime, if anyone else is in touch with their clinic, can you confirm that this is the case? this sounds hard to believe!
How come Whitney is on 2mg then??I’m hearing Stanford recommends super low doses like 0.25 mg three times per week (maybe someone mentioned this earlier in this thread).
The problem is that if this worsening continues I need a tube in 2 weeks againI think the Fawcett article says you need 2-3 weeks at 2 mg.
I take 0.25 mg in the morning been on it for approximately 2months.What is your dose? And how long have you been in it?
The half life of abilify is 75 hours, so even if you take it every other day you will reach a constant plasma level. I think ? @leokitten can you confirm ?I think the purpose of every other day dosing is to allow the receptors to reset—I don’t know this might be BS.
Maybe a Bonilla patient could send an email to him to confirm the dosing.

What could be the benefit? Less side effects? Long live? You will still eventually reach steady state as long as you’re dosing on a consistent basis. It will normally take 4-5 half lives to achieve steady state. Explanation https://www.nuventra.com/resources/blog/what-is-steady-state-concentration/
