This is round 3 of my supplement protocol based on my third SpectraCell Micronutrient results.
Breakfast Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Emerald Labs Men’s 1 per day (Methylated Multi-vitamin)
Hydroxocobalamin sublingual- 1000 mcg
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Allithiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Colostrum - 3 g
Digestive Enzyme - 1 pill
Arginine/Citrulline - 500 mg / 250 mg
Lunch Regiment:
Vitamin D3 - 5000 IU (Low per old CPL labs)
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Jarrow R-Right - B-Complex
Calcium Folinate – 800 mcg (Folate low per MPP and old SpectraCell)
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Allithiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Fish Oil – 1 pill
Digestive Enzyme - 1 pill
Arginine/Citrulline - 500 mg / 250 mg
Dinner Regiment:
Vitamin C – 500 mg (Support adrenals and oxidative stress)
Lipothiamine - 50 mg (B1 low per old SpectraCell)

Zoloft – 12.5 mg
Sunflower Lecithin – 5 g (Good source of choline and phospholipids)
Colostrum - 3 g

Bedtime Regiment:
Probiotic – 1 pill

11/13: Start
11/20: Switched 150 mg Allithiamine to 300 mg Benfotiamine. Total B1 = 570 mg
12/1: Removed benfotiamine. Went back to 200 mg Allithiamine. Removed extra B-complex and CoQ10. Both seemed to stimulating and lowered BP.
12/7: Made updates based on appointment with nutritionist. B1, B3, B5, Vit C, Mg Citrate. Replaced Niacin with Niacinamide due to vasodilating affects of Niacin. Reduced B1 from 400 mg to 300 mg. Added 500 mg x2 of B5. Reduced Vit C from 500 mg x4 to x3. Mg Glycinate to Citrate. Ran out of Glycinate and had Citrate on-hand.
1/28 - Stopping Mg Citrate. May be causing digestive issues.
2/14 - 2mg to 1 mg hB12. Added 3g Colosturm. Removed Lipothiamine 50 mg at bedtime
2/21 - Added 3 mg colostrum at bedtime. Total = 6 mg per day. Added Digestive enzyme at each meal.
3/6 - Added Arginine/Citrulline at each meal
