Just looking for some advice really and know that this is always the place to come for it. I am in a position where I want to try and do some physical conditioning but know that doing something aerobic eg running, squash, swimming will just leave me in a heap. I have heard however that weight training is something that we can do on occasion, I have a multigym, dumbells etc at home and just wondered from anyone who has given weight training a shot whilst recovering from CFS/ME how they got on with it and what they felt to be most beneficial.
