Take this form instead : Calcifediol. Lots of people who have problems with d3 supplements, don't have side effects from this form because it bypasses the liver. Source: I had the same issue and eventually found this solution thanks to advice of others.

Which symptoms did you have from D3? I get flulike symptoms, dizziness, nausea and get a depressed feeling. It's so bad that I can't supplement vitamin D since 15 years and am always deficient, which is of course very dangerous... :(
But it feels like it pushes my immune system in the wrong direction, hard to describe...

very similar for me. you can either try d2, calcifedol or just a lamp meant to produce vitamin d in skin. The lamp is least likely to cause problems.

Yeah, unfortunately I am lower than 12 ng/ml, even below 10...
I can't tolerate Vitamin D2 either. I looked for Calcifediol, but this is not sold over the counter in my country. Did you get a prescription for it?
Honestly if you are that sensitive maybe lamp is your only option. I bought it on amazon.
