I am familiar with having detox symptoms related to taking B vitamins. I recently started taking some liquid vitamin D because I tested low for that and it’s really making me feel awful! Dizzy, headachy, nauseous, etc. I was just wondering if anyone has had this experience and if you needed to build up to a certain level slowly. Thanks.
