I think same here.
I got the dessicated thyroid two days ago. Took 3 each day. Hard to tell exactly what it's doing. The first night I woke up in a terrible sweat, I don't know if that was good or bad. I am sleeping more deeply. The blepharitis of my left eye isn't so bad.
The pain and swelling in my left knee has improved, although as of a little while ago it got worse again. I only took 1 so far today, maybe I need another one.

ME/CFS pathway is related to neurovascular anomalies and ischemia/reperfusion injury.
Another neurovascular issue related to this pathologic process is Raynaud Phenomenon.
Systemic Sclerosis is another pathology related to chronic ischemia/reperfusion injury.
Systemic Sclerosis is a tissu fibrosis coming downstream the I/R process in people who have the genetic that favor fibrosis response.
Raynaud Phenomenon often come some years before the Sclerosis shows up.
I'm convinced that ME/CFS are at higher risk for Raynaud and Sclerosis...
