#MEpedia: Page on Exercise

We need to stay mindful of what should go on the Exercise page, versus the others, especially the PEM page and the 2-day CPET page. Sometimes content may need to go on both. I've added explicit text, for example under PEM it now says "Read the main page: Post-exertional malaise."
