Lion Diet

What I've also noticed - I feel much less pain, almost none, when I'm pricking my finger tip to measure ketones and glucose levels.

It is obvious to me, that meat-based ketosis calms down my nervous system. I don't remember the same effect on pain tolerance when doing keto with eggs and butter.

Yes, it's amazing isn't it (zero carb zen) and it's appears to heal diseases. That doesn't happen on ordinary carnivore diet. After 2 years of carnivore/lion and 1 lion, it's beginning to heal me, just not in anyway I expected,

The lion diet should be named the holy diet because the bible outlines guidelines for "clean" and "unclean" foods describes how to identify a ruminant animal.

The carnivore diet, especially the the lion diet is healing me in ways I never expected, changing who I am for the better. However if I tell someone that I only eat fatty red meat, they say that's extreme. No, common sense is extreme.

Hey @GreenEdge

May I ask how strict are you or were you? Have you tried eating only steaks-water-salt? What were the results of that approach?
The results of being super strict eating only steaks-water-salt are noticeable; might be twice as good as typical carnivore. Up until 2 weeks ago, I had done it for about 3 months. If I'm not strict, initially I feel no different, but when I experience the change in health (days or weeks later), I regret it and return to strict steaks, water and salt.

I find I need to fall off the wagon now and then to experience the difference and remind myself why it matters.
