Rant Warning!:headache:

Isolation and rejection is a problem I feel as well.

It is difficult when you can't work, have a specialist tell you need to get on disability, but the system doesn't work so far, you are denied medicare because you have a chronic illness(!), your family and friends are doubters and actually use words like "mind over matter," your going broke and they won't help, but they do help others in the family (they think you need more motivation), your home is breaking down and so is your car, you wonder how you will pay your bills this coming year, an attorney who actually quit your auto accident case sends you a letter telling you pay up for my expenses or I am taking you to small claims court,:Retro mad: you can't afford to go to a doctor, your not taking supplements and medications that helped because you can't afford them anymore.

I used to watch birds, squirrells, and deer out my window - but I can't fill the feeders anymore.:worried:

This last decade has been lost to me, I don't know what it is like not to be rejected, ignored, and isolated.

End Of Rant:ashamed:

Stuart, I read from smiley to smiley. !!!)

I am so sorry, that is a lot to deal with for one person.

People have no idea the amount of stress we're in, and how little we can do in one day. At least we have this community here that understands what if can be like. I really hope the latest deveopments with research will be able to help ALL of us.

Hang in there. One day at a time.

Hi Stuart,

That all sounds pretty Rant-worthy. What alot of pressure and heart ache to have to deal with. On top of being chronically ill.

I feel your pain, man.

We can't do anything about most of what you are dealing with but we're a good place for a rant.:Retro smile: And maybe some encouragement, some advice, sharing tips that have helped us personally.

And maybe we can do something about the sense of isolation and rejection.

This place has done alot for me in those areas. :Retro smile:
