For over twenty years the Department of Defense (DoD) or their contractors were allowed to use the American people as "guinea pigs" for testing of chemical or biological agents. Since July 30th, 1977, the United States Code annotated Title 50, Chapter 32, Section 1520 remained on the books until drawn into the arena of public discussion on talk radio.
Last year, Joyce Riley vonKleist R.N., presented this as a topic of discussion on several national radio talk shows and was immediately greeted with skepticism and ridicule by many news directors and editors who refused to acknowledge the existence of such a law. The debate raged on for several months and many listeners took the initiative and the time to research this law only to find that it indeed existed! At the suggestion of the AGWVA, thousands of letters and phone calls poured in to public officials' offices demanding an explanation and their position statement on this law.
Due to overwhelming public outcry, section 1520 was quietly repealed by the passing of H. R. 1119, the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal years 1998 and 1999. Section 1078 of this bill prohibits the DoD, either directly or by contract, from conducting tests or experiments using chemical or biological agents on human subjects (with exceptions).
Under the (just repealed) law, the DoD has been permitted to conduct such a test or experiment if informed consent is obtained. According to U. S. Senator Olympia Snowe (ME), the conference report on H. R. 1119 was passed by the Senate, by a vote of 90-10 on November 6, 1997 and signed into law by President Clinton on November 18th, 1997.
Because of persistence and tenacity, the AGWVA was able to generate enough public attention on this issue to effect this change.

1931 Dr. Cornelius Rhoads, under the auspices of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Investigations, infects human subjects with cancer cells. 1932 The Tuskegee Syphilis Study begins. 200 black men diagnosed with syphilis are never told of their illness, are denied treatment, and instead are used as human guinea pigs in order to follow the progression and symptoms of the disease. 1935 The Pellagra Incident. After millions of individuals die from Pellagra over a span of two decades, the U.S. Public Health Service finally acts to stem the disease. The director of the agency admits it had known for at least 20 years that Pellagra is caused by a niacin deficiency but failed to act since most of the deaths occured within poverty-striken black populations.
1940 Four hundred prisoners in Chicago are infected with Malaria in order to study the effects of new and experimental drugs to combat the disease. Nazi doctors later on trial at Nuremberg cite this American study to defend their own actions during the Holocaust.
1942 Chemical Warfare Services begins mustard gas experiments on approximately 4,000 servicemen. The experiments continue until 1945 and made use of Seventh Day Adventists who chose to become human guinea pigs rather than serve on active duty.

So based in prof. Ruggiero studies, do we have to believe that maybe we can potencially develop AIDS being hiv-? then what we have to do if no one is going to help unless we know a scientist interested in dissident theories that current medicine and governments do not give credit?, does not seem very hopeful. Dont know how reliable is this professor, but can we trust in a guy who said something so different to what is the world medicine consensus and sells both yogurt that would be the cure?

Mycoplasam got tests in good Labs around the world so you can chick for it , and if we thought it could be a new type of it some doctors could culture it , its not that hard to find ,,,

Thank you for the excellent reference to the enteroviruses.
My progression in this disease has been thinking I was fine just nerves, to thinking I had hiv, to an unknown issue consisting of htlv and others.
But after reading the enteroviruses that are capable of passing via saliva and htlv maybe not so much... Has this at te top of my list.
Also As I was reading realized that the entero could reactivate some viruses like ebv.
The fact that some can pick it up after drinking after some one is very scary.
So I was thinking about next steps:

Next- target the appropriate media outlets, I think the a couple media organizations in England would be interesting considering their recent unknown virus that has killed several people that were traveling from Qatar.
For a virus that is so easily transmitted, I am amazed that the CDC is not more interested.

My progression in this disease has been thinking I was fine just nerves, to thinking I had hiv, to an unknown issue consisting of htlv and others.
But after reading the enteroviruses that are capable of passing via saliva and htlv maybe not so much... Has this at te top of my list.
Also As I was reading realized that the entero could reactivate some viruses like ebv.
The fact that some can pick it up after drinking after some one is very scary.

Yeah Omar, but if this is true. It´s nothing hopeful. First at all how can we obtein this GcMaf. Second, this medicine is not completly proven and he says they have to see what will happend in the future maybe it can be having just a placebo effect in the patients . Third, even if this is true, a convetialist doctor is not gonna help us, because they dont study unconvential or non proven medicine and finally, what are the intentions of a guy who seem to have to so good intentions for the sick people trying to discover a new view and cure to a so big illness and then he said he dont like talking with unknown people??

I think theres no laboratories to study that in my country, theres no medicine and no doctor with the knowledge. Prof. Ruggiero has had a lot of unwelcome attention (to the point of persecution) for his views on HIV. I think this is why he is hesitant to correspond with people he doesn't know--he can't be sure of their motives. Also, he is an internationally known researcher and is in lot of demand so will have limited time for email. He used to answer questions on a forum--perhaps he still does.

When you attack the media,CDC and government and you speak of gulf war and the ignorance of it then you jump and say this medicine is not approved or what ever else from the same agencies that is weird !!
Its not a medicine and its not chemical or toxic and it helped a lot of people with viral infections ,,,
getting back to Mycoplasma , if you have money you could travel and test for it and i can tell you were so you could remove it from your mind or treat if it is your illness cause !
