I cyclophosphamide

Hey Dankeen, have you thought of trying Daratumumab instead?

If you reference Olav Mella's presentation here:

At 10:25 he talks about the lineage of B cells. Basically Ritu targets the memory B cells, which then 1% become LLPCs which produce the antibodies or auto-antibodies.

Cyclo targets the B cells evolving into plasma cells so they don't become LLPCs. But Dara targets the LLPCs directly.

It might be worth a try.
Dara costs upwards of $2200 per three vial dose from India plus import taxes. A course of Dara is 4-8 doses.

I may do it when there is more evidence. I believe it will be off patent in the next five years.

I think worry is the refridgeration, my supplier from Indiamart quoted me 3k which is fine, but ..... how are they going to send it in a cold box? Customs would flag it out immediately.

In many countries it would not work, but I live in the UK where importing medicine is easy. I have successfully ordered IVIG from India via fast shipping in a box with icepacks. Maybe best to pay someone to fly there are collect it for if possible. If you find other people who also want it then you can share the cost.

The new formulation of dara can tolerate a few days at room temp so. It is safe if you order it in the cooler months.
