How have you approached mold toxin detox?

My fatigue doctor advised me to start taking Great Plains bentonite (a binder) for my mold toxin detox and we'll likely add more things to the treatment plan shortly after I move to my new apt at the end of Oct. I scored sky high on the Real Time Labs mycotoxin test.

I've read about various other treatments, listed below. What have you done to cleanse your body and mitigate your ME/CFS symptoms, if tied to mold exposure? Which supplements/substances did you use and in what sequence and for how long?

These are the treatments I've read about. I'm going to talk to my doctor about them in a couple weeks.

Gut Health: GI Detox https://www.amazon.com/Bio-Botanical-Research-Full-Spectrum-Supports-Microbial/dp/B009KT9TEU
GI/Gas relief: Upgraded Coconut Charcoal https://www.amazon.com/Bulletproof-Upgraded-Coconut-Charcoal-GCapsules/dp/B06XGHLXTT
Gut Health: Ultra Binders https://www.amazon.com/Quicksilver-Scientific-Ultra-Binder-Bentonite/dp/B074MG2HRS
Biocidin
Mimosa Pudica
Liposomal Glutathione
Zeolite
Vitamin C
Apple cider vinegar shots
Coffee enemas (I also read some not so good things about them)

Thanks

Hi @DoubleBubble
Best of luck on your mould detox journey. I am super sensitive so I have to take a very low and slow approach to taking binders.
Here are a couple of other things I’ve either tried or are planning to try...
- Balancing omega 3/6/9 with fish and flax oil
- Phosphatidylcholine both orally and via IV. Orally it helps with bile flow. IV it helps detox.
- Quercetin, curcumin and resveratrol to support phase two detoxification pathways.
- Salt water enemas are a nice alternative if you don’t tolerate coffee.
- Sauna or if you don’t tolerate try a hot bath with Epsom salts to get you sweating gently, instead.
- Rebounding and using a dry brush to stimulate lymph.
- If you can, juicing is supposed to be great for getting your minerals up while binding.

Hi DoubleBubble,
Bentonite shouldn't be taken internally. Supposedly it can cause dehydration and depletes us from minerals.
Cellcore / Microbe Formula products are quite famous in the Mold detox groups/ community. It can be done on your own but I would recommend that you see a functional doctor to guide you. It took me a while but I finally found an affordable FMD, in case you're interested, his website is DrJabanMoore.com
Lots of valuable info in his website, and his Facebook group True Healing Strategies (in the "units").
I will actually see his associate who has a shorter waiting list. They seem to be very dedicated to healing their patients =)
