Turns out I didn't / don't really need L-carnitine. I mostly just needed iodine to get my thryoid working, and now I have no serious energy complaints that make me in need of stimulating compounds
@Johnmac - I took an "iodine loading test" from Hakala Labs with bromide and floride additions. It showed I was deficient. Anyways... I'll let this tread go back to the Carnitine Discussion
Carnitine wakes me up at 2 or 3am and doesn’t let me get restful sleep but I feel good all day. Is there anything to take at night to ‘turn it off’ so to speak at night?
