Enterovirus testing - what to do next?

As detailed in my post here, I went to Frankfurt's Institute of Virology to get checked for enteroviruses. I'm slightly confused by the cutoff for a positive result as I have two results that are 1:160, everything else less than that.

The lab in Germany told me:
"We only rate results as highly positive from a titer of 1:1280 and above. Titration is carried out by us up to this value."

As I understand it, the cutoff for ArminLabs to be considered positive by the lab is 1:640 rather than 1:1280, so could the cutoff for a chronic infection at the German lab be higher, at, say 1:320?

If not, and 1:160 would be sufficiently high, should I wait six months or so and retest, to see if my titers for CVB2 and EV9 remain high?

I'm currently doing some treatment for Lyme and Bartonella coinfections, so I would still do that first, then perhaps look into Oxymatrine for the CVB2 and lamivudine for EV9.

Would really appreciate anyone's thoughts on this! Thank you

On the ARUP Lab coxsackievirus B and echovirus tests, Dr Chia calibrated those for ME/CFS testing, and he states that titres of 1:160 to 1:320 and higher are indicative of a chronic active infection.

But really, each lab should be calibrated, so the 1:160 threshold that Dr Chia uses may not necessarily translate to labs other than ARUP.

However, note that 1:160 is 16 times higher than the 1:10 reference for negative on the ARUP tests. So as a rough guide, for other labs, we might calculate the threshold for an active infection to be 16 times the reference for negative.

perhaps look into Oxymatrine for the CVB2 and lamivudine for EV9.

Dr Chia also uses tenofovir to treat enterovirus ME/CFS, so that may be worth looking into.
