So for 3 months- I got to hold her. So I somehow DID develop more strength over time..I didn't go very far, didn't hold her for very long. But I got a little stronger.

It was just this most thrilling thing- holding her, and her clasping my hand. This visit will be very different. She will be into- everything and moving and has opinions!

I hope she still likes us!

That’s the best kind of exercise. Snuggles!
has anyone experienced much trouble with talking? It takes most of my energy. It’s like I have to be silent most of the day

Yes, when I first became bedbound and I was at my worst, I found it very difficult to speak.
I just didn't have enough energy, all I could do was ask for a drink or whatever I needed, but not able to hold a proper conversation.

I have seen a few improvements in the last few months, I can talk more now but I still have to be careful.
