B12 and folate

Is it better to have more methyl b12 than methyl folate or is more folate better? Or a 1:1 ratio best?

@JamieG, typically it's best to make sure you get more b12. Folate without b12 or with a b12 deficiency can cause neurological damage in susceptible people.
