Anyone's symptoms get worse after doing anything stress related?

It doesn't seem so for me; no oxygen starvation

Today awoke on a different side of the bed. And oxygen is still lacking. But now I've returned to deciding the core central theme here is the Inflammatory Reaction, the Squeeze, and then everything not working downstream of there. So I feel the best when I am maximum antiinflammatory and antihistimine. And why this is a 11 oclock at night when I should be going to sleep: instead I am now washing the dishes and: the other night, tried on clothes at 11:30.

@oision27 I did think of one weakness in your theory: cortisol affects the immune system in many ways, directly and indirectly, so whatever effects you observe from a rise in cortisol do not require that it be from an autoimmune response. To verify it, you'd have to get an immunologist to test for antibodies for cortisol.
