as I read this, I Noticed I held my breathe several times.
in between my 14 breathes, are no breaths....

oh, well standing and showering and overstimulation and maybe lymphatic stimulus: I go down after a shower.
I hardly use the shower any more.
being cleaner is nice. I think I get some type of lymphatic overstimulation. My shower head is also not the type I need, and a stool is in order.Showering makes me feel much better.
