This theory would explain pretty much ALL of my symptoms, including ...
  • Why I feel awful after a long night's sleep
  • Why I feel better outdoors than indoors
  • Why deep breathing exercises clear up a lot of my brain fog
  • Why I feel so tired after meals
  • Why I constantly have the urge to lie down
  • Why I feel great after a shower
  • Why exertion worsens my symptoms
  • Why I experience "air hunger"

from your list:

the shower is a BAD PLACE

breathing more doesn't clear up my brain fog and I have high oxygen readings in my blood stream

being outdoors I don't feel very well...sensory overload is part of it: taking all that in.

The rest of your list sounds familiar.

One thing which really does make me alive is going in the sea, especially in the waves.

Showering makes me feel much better.
being cleaner is nice. I think I get some type of lymphatic overstimulation. My shower head is also not the type I need, and a stool is in order.

Its similar to a massage, an acupuncture treatment- if you get the stagnant flowing, well then I am enjoying surfing that soup.
