From Facebook WPI: Please write Dr. Francis Collins of the NIH and ask him to fund important biomedical research into Neuroimmune Disease Research.
These are his introductory congressional hearings. Also write the committee members and your senators in US to fund XMRV/MECFS research.

The Subcommittee on Health held a hearing entitled NIH in the 21st Century: The Director's Perspective on Tuesday, June 15, 2010, in room 2322 Rayburn House Office Building. The hearing examined the National Institutes of Healths research activities and priorities.

I watched this other introductory hearing: http://videocast.nih.gov/Summary.asp?File=15869

MECFS seems to fit right into his interests. He mentions Autism as a priority in both.

Hopefully his background in genetics will make retroviruses of interest to him.

Yes. He's interested in genetic difference that effect medications.. so would think would be interested in research to see why some can control xmrv, or variations in patient genetics with mecfs.

interested in through-put technologies, where they are running multiple computer assays. We are the perfect testing learning ground for advancing knowledge in science, which applies to treatment. all his interests.
