studies have shown its better than NSAID and it breaks up biofilms as well?

Serrapeptase would definitely be worth trying. I'm going to start with it and work my way through a few different proteolytic enzymes, such as nattokinase, sepose, lumbrokinase. They all work a little different and I think serrapeptadase has the lowest molecular weight which I think would cause the least side effects. I think Nattokinase and Lumbrokinase are the strongest against Biofilms, but can be a little overwhelming if the dose is to high.
