What is your dose for BCAA's?

I take 13 grams a day on an empty stomach, 8 grams first thing in the morning, 3 at 1:30 and 2 at about 3:00.

why don't you take ALCAR?

I take about 2 gms a day of L-carnitine, I just forgot to mention that in my post.
