Why are mornings so awful when in a crash?

@picante yes, i have been taking 1 lcf tab mornings for 8 mos. in last week or two i have also tried adding in 1 alcar for mitos. do these cause or alleviate anx?

Well, here's one place Freddd talks about it. Too high a dose causes anxiety and indicates a CNS deficiency.

k. i am going to drop the alcar and see if that helps. i so want to push my mitos but it often seems like a bad idea after the fact.
