Which b12 ?

Hi I am wanting to start taking a good effect dose of b12 ...
I've been suggested transdermal oil ?
Not sure what amount or if I can get in UK ...
Any experience welcome

I use Jarrow methyl b 12 1000 mcg per day and upon testing my levels are always good. I use it under my top lip.
