What to say to a Dr. who recommends GET /CBT ?

Hi, Just wondering if there is an easy or simple reply to a Doctor who recommends GET /CBT ?.

I'm not shy. I recommend s/he gets an enema... .

There is an extreme likelihood that the next doctor who says this to me will find I am laughing almost hysterically ... at their quaint and out of date notion.
