I'm making use of everything I can. :D

This recipe uses expired spice mix from iHerb, expired yeast, and molasses reserved for gardening microbes.

1 & 1/3 cups water
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Molasses

4 cups bread flour
2 tsp. Sea salt
2 tbsp. All purpose seasoning (Onion, parsley, basil, lemon peel, thyme, garlic, celery seed, red bell pepper, citric acid, lemon powder)
1 tbsp. LeSaffre Saf-Instant bread yeast

I've only been shopping twice since things shut down for Covid. Are products such as milk powder no longer being transported to stores, or are they just snapped up immediately by panicked hoarders?

I can't find pickling salt! I guess all these new bakers that can't find yeast are also now trying pickling. Either that or these brand new young personal shoppers have no idea what pickling salt is and just think they can pick up anything that says "salt" on the front...

Stay away from my pickling salt...... (mmmmm, beets, kimchee, green beans..... *drools*)

I just hope bagged organic dirt and mulch are still in stock. My garden box (that I bought 6 months ago before anyone even had an idea of what 2020 would bring) is now put up, and I just need to send my landscaper to the hardware store for about 20 bags of dirt. I might have it shipped too, and then add bags and mulch for the good stuff. Front yard landscaping doesn't need organic dirt, but considering I'm planting berry bushes in the front, clean would be nice.

For those who the sight of bananas and a year’s supply of banana bread in the freezer has them going bananas. . .. 🍌🍌🍌🤪🍌🍌🍌. Here are some other recipes to try to keep you sane while baking during your coronavirus lockdown.

5 Easy Baking Recipes For When You Can’t Make Any More Banana Bread

As we approach week six(!) of lockdown with no imminent sign of being able to socialise, you may well have turned to baking to keep yourself occupied. Perhaps you've been trying your hand at banana bread, like everyone else on your Instagram feed. After all, what better way to use up all those ripe bananas you've been stockpiling?

That said, there are only so many times one can make – and eat – banana bread. So why not show off your new baking skills by trying something different? There's never been a better time to expand your repertoire and make something Mary Berry would be proud of: a classic lemon drizzle cake, chocolate chip cookies or even a deliciously decadent cinnamon roll...

P.S. Finally found some Yeast, but not at the grocery store. Our local Hardware Store got a hold of a few jars of yeast and repackaged it into condiment containers that contain a miserly 1/4 cup of yeast. They are selling these priceless little homemade packages for $3.95 a piece. I am sure they are breaking all kinds of health and safety regulations with this little money making endeavour. However, I figure their coronavirus money making scheme will make quite a nice return on their investment. Perhaps I can convince them to buy some of my banana bread. 🤣🤣🤣.

Good to know the entrepreneurial spirit of price gouging is alive and well during this global viral pandemic. 🦠🍞💰😁

I think the weirdest thing for me that I never thought would be scarce due to the pandemic but in retrospect makes a lot sense as a Canadian is maple-baked beans.

In my area, you had no problem finding a can of baked beans but for some reason all the maple-baked beans were wiped out.
