Yeah, what are the pills for? Headache? Put you to sleep? or?

They are whatever each person needs (magic pills) so if you need them for sleep, headache, pain, breathing, etc, they transform into whatever you need .

@Jennifer J we only have to hope that the alpacas don't spit the cake out again!!!! They are inclined to spit if they don't like something or are upset... and it's not pleasant!
