Has anyone here taken Vitamin B2 Riboflavin? If so, how much did you take? What did you notice?
Any side effects from high doses (e.g. 100mg)?

I take 290mg of Thorne Research riboflavin-5-phosphate daily for reasons mentioned above. I tested very low in it. I take a lot of B12 and B6 and the B2 is a cofactor.
or conditions where enzymes are unable to use B2 result in defects in mitochondrial oxidation of fatty acids and branched chain amino acids.
Did you figured it out why? Also look at No Love of B2: http://forums.phoenixrising.me/inde...-of-b2-here-a-warning-about-riboflavin.31639/
Not everyone reacts well and if you are prone to depression make sure you start low and work your way up to see how it impacts you.
I used to be able to tolerate sublingual FMN, but now when I take it in even a small dose it can put me in to a deep depression.
