Going back to the Myhill article about magnesium, I tried her suggestion about rectal administration last night, because she said that for some people it was as effective as injections.

Hi, I've been successful with using just plan old nicotinamide 500mg 4xday with NT factor 2xday. I really needed the higher dose to generate the NAD+ to make NADH.

Did you try Niagen, and was it equally effective? In what dose were you taking Niagen?
