Is the methylation protocol the same for everyone? I read that some people undermethylate and some people overmethylate.

Absolutely not. It must be customized to you. We all have different genes and environmental factors that change our need for methylating nutrients.

The best thing is to get comprehensive testing to understand your needs for various B vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids, trace minerals, etc. as well as whether or not you have mycotoxins and/or heavy metals which may impact your need for methylation.
