Interesting! Can I ask what protocol you are on for your histamin intolerance?for me the issue resolved completely when my acid reflux and gastritis got better. i’ve had dysphagia for a month or two until i started treatment for histamine intolerance
sure! i’m kind of atypical bc DAO and antihistamines don’t help at all. the only thing that works for me is 500 mg quercetin daily and low histamine diet. i suspect the cause of my HI is dysbiosis bc quercetin affects the microbiome and it takes me 2 weeks to first notice an effect, and about as long for my HI to come back when i stop taking it. i went from eating only rice, corn and chicken to having a diet that’s more or less normal. i still have to avoid foods like chocolate, ferments, old leftovers and takeout but my reflux is almost goneInteresting!
