Hi. I haven't slept since I started oxymatrine (even with AM dose of the tiniest amount).
No problem falling asleep. I'm having dreams a good portion of each night. It's greatly affecting me, so exhausted. From the little I've researched I guess it's REM sleep I'm having.
The dreams are nice to have cause feel like I'm actually living and experiencing life. Yet I need to sleep deeper.
I've tried a few things (chamomile, antihistamine that cause drowsiness) yet they haven't helped and some had me sleepy most of the day. Read melatonin causes more REM and dreams so that wouldn't be good.
Any suggestions? I don't need help falling asleep, need help staying in a deep sleep through out the night. Cost is a big factor, so I can only try taking one thing. Thank you for any help.
