terrible dizziness after mental and physical exertion.

this year after covid or covid shots I rarely develop something like terrible dizziness vomiting and gi issues after mentally or physically exerted. this issue happens monthly or twice monthly or getting worse throughout the year.
I also recognised that some supplements like liposamal vitc melatonin and fosfatidilserin cause it too.
I got diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy so is it pots or a result of cfs? or related to sfn
I also have a scoliosis in neck . I do not know it is a contributing factor.
things are getting worse I am waiting am approval of IVIG for sfn. if this gets worse I could not manage to work as it seems.
