Soes a decent methylation panel mean my methylation is Ok?

All of my indicators are in the green. Mayne a little lower than preferable but nothing to scoff at. The only one below green is cysteine, the most downstream nutrient. This must indicate oxidative stress but doesn't mean it's a methylation deficiency- right?
