It took me more than 1 year to finally start sleeping like I should. I don't know if it's the supllements or the nimodipine I am on at the moment, but something seems to be helping me. I can now fall back asleep most of the time, not always, when I wake up. It still takes about 30-60 minutes to fall asleep. I take 400mg mag glycinate + bach flowers (don't know if I believe in those, but hey, it's 1 drop) before bed. It doesn't make me feel rested though. I guess this is another step I am not into yet.
Like I said, it took my brain more than 1 year to start changing. It takes a loooong time...
