Sleep Apnea

I have both ME and sleep apnea, there effects are quite similar. Living at higher altitude I’ve also watched my oxygen saturation closely, that is very interesting.

I know historically sleep apnea was a male thing. Given that ME is predominantly female I’m wondering if folks are getting tested for that. I do know women on Cpap so maybe that’s no longer a thing.

I do know that a lack of Cpap and an ME crash is no fun - and the lack of Cpap can cause a crash. I’d probably be bedbound without my machine.
