SAM-e causes bloating: fixes?

SAM-e works great for my joint pain ... until it doesn't... It causes lots of bloating after I take it for a week or two.. Today I have really intense stomach discomfort.. The SAM-e I take has folate, plus I've tried taking molybdenum, which I thought would help w the methylation, but I'm still having stomach pain..

Unfortunately SAM-e is known for not being easy on the stomach. The only fix I can think of is splitting the dose during the day.

I used to take up to 200mg at a time. More would cause stomach issues.

my stomach is much better today... maybe the trick is to take a break from it 1 day a week?
