Poor reaction to Methionine and SAM-e

Does a poor reaction to Methionine supplements or SAM-e tell us anything about methylation status. Methionine was body wide reaction, SAM-e just caused depression.

SAMe is used in a lot of processes since it's a 'general' methylator. It's hard to tell what happens if you take it. It's probably not a good idea to use SAMe in the early stage of recovery.
