Peginterferon Lambda (IFN-λ) to treat Coxsackie/Enterovirus B

I have tried inf alpha 2.5million iu 3 times a week for a couple months and got no benefits. My immunologist said to try the inf gamma as there is some evidence that this will help clear fungal and viral infections (tested strongly positive to enterovirus via Chia and a biofilm producing strain of Candida, paraparsilosis)

Problem being due to sanctions the Australian Government has introduced on Russia, I can't order any gamma. And can't find it anywhere else in the world
