the issue is follow up. after 3 months of ritalin use I would have said it was a wonder drug, ask me the same question 2 years later and I’d probably say don’t bother. Buuuut I do kind of wish I hadn’t sent them back to the pharmacy. I think sometimes it just nice to have a better day even though I was getting two or three worse days after. It’s nice to just have a relief.

I bet my doctor might be willing to give me a Ritalin try.

I need oxygen in my brain. really badly. try to get head back positioned on top of spine.

Odd things I am doing right now to see if something might improve:

bee pollen (can I get more trace mins and aminos...just a teaspoon)

quercitin (most days)

more Omegas (not fish)...

more antioxidant purple foods.

n=2 Mood Probiotics...likeing this part alot

Copaiba Oil /b-carophylleen- keep that up and attempt to increase dose during the day

@Rufous McKinney if you do try ritalin don’t be put off by the first try (it gave me a crazy headache and I felt weird for a week after) and I’d also suggest not taking it daily at least not to start with. I experimented alot with it and I miss it I wish it had worked out better.

I’m interested in the copaiba too but currently trying to be on less things.

I’m on lithium orotate, Allegra and quercetin.
Gonna ween off the lithium (not the same as prescription lithium) as I MIGHT try Wellbutrin I tried it before though and it gave me tinnitus but I really need that oxygen in the back muscles it gives me (similar to ritalin actually). I dunno, I’m so averse to meds now really.

.

what is going on there?

During the daytime, less worn out, I can do some short rounds of standing, moving about.

But by evening, well now we shift into the back is SCREAMING. I can no longer hold myself up, is really precarious.

What changed there?

In my currently not launched category:

the 37 chinese herbs for yin deficiency

the four plus two for digestion and lung moistening

90% of the vitamin sitting around here

Zeolite.

AlliThiamine Cure (three unopened bottles)

I still own three jars of DCA...acuiqred to survive COVID-19. And I was never able to refind the Japanese research study that said: take DCA for COVID.

$300 worth on a shelf. Scared very scared to try it.

yes my back screams too

i do believe our blood vessels (either caused by endothilial dysfunction or CNS dysfunction) are randomnly constricting and dilating at innapropriate times. Ritalin (and wellbutrin) causes blood vessel constriction which helps the blood circulate better., once there's a proper amount of oxygen in the muscles they stop screaming.

I am also done with supps and vits most of them do nothing or make me worse.

I wish I knew a CA doctor who did telemedicine and would rx these things and follow progress. I really don't need someone to spend two hours on my damn intake interview like some of the 'CFS Specialist' folk promise to do. If I could handle a two hour intake, I wouldn't need treatment.

I'd like someone who just is willing to discuss and treat symptoms, not order a bunch of damaging and draining tests which aren't actionable anyways. I'd love to have someone with a bit of rx'ing experience monitor and suggest dosing for beta blockers, Ritalin, benzo, etc. No reason that it couldn't be done under my insurance for the consult and I can pay out of pocket for the rx'es. How do I find that, though?

@hapl808 yes - i had a "specialist" who just wanted to do testing on me - i'm like i don't give a toss about tests just try the drug if it works great - i'm not paying so he can monitor outcomes.

Yeah. If a test is really needed - like if a certain viral titer will inform which antiviral to try - then I'm willing to discuss. But even a blood test sets me back significantly, and all the testing I've gotten done in the past 10 years just basically ruled out things or gave us nothing. Exome sequencing, PCR blood work, various Mayo Clinic muscular blood panels, five MRIs, x-rays, thyroid panels, CBC, lipids, urine tests, echo, EKG, and so forth. All pretty much useless.

We were house sitting for friends and then On Friday (end of Wednesday now) our friends messaged to say they were coming home they night instead of Saturday as originally planned . Before I got the chance to tell my wife I Could do the packing and cleaning she did some herself, too much for her.

then Saturday morning she felt good but kinda in a weird way; she seemed was kinda euphoric like people without ME when they've done an all nighter and they're overtired. But with this false energy she walked around town a little bit, more than she usually would.
Then she's been in a crash the last four days.

so, i was just wondering whether others had noticed this pre-crash overtiredness high, and whether you've also made the mistake of using its false energy.

just trying to work out if this is a thing so I can watch out for it next time.

thanks.
Yes, for me I'm so tired of trying to keep tabs of my crashes, which are almost all the time, I just try to make things happen even when I'm pretty sick, which is most of the time. But I suffer dearly for a week or more after trying to push myself during a pre-crash, then punish myself for it. This cycle is unending it seems. Also, I loose track with all of this, because getting things done, even little thing's, always makes me crash no matter how I'm feeling when I try to get out of bed! I spent so much time and energy trying to understand how to do this and Love myself better, but its just takes to much energy to figure it out! Lol.....

Cortisol and adrenaline spike from a starting point of adrenal fatigue which would mean the glucocorticoid receptors are likely sensitive if your loved one rests and paces normally and does not normally try to push through. This would cause a powerful response to the cortisol and adrenaline possible lasting until next day when, the fatigued adrenals will be more fatigued and producing less and receptors that are now desensitised/blunted from the powerful spike on the sensitive receptors making your loved one feel the way they do.

Yes I have tried to use it for many many years and made myself super severe from it, I did not learn from it over and over and kept trying to make the slightly better feeling keep going and caused adrenal atrophy I believe from the abuse of my adrenals in this situation. I am stubborn and in this situation it certain was a personality trait that did NOT help me! I actually used alcohol all those years ago to stimulate my adrenals, bad idea trust me.

Hope that helps fella.

yes: yesterday.

I just knew it. That too much talking, a phone call, my husband being gone, then returning wiht alot to report on, it generated this too much WIRED but TIRED energy.

It felt almost like speed, like your captured and I was losing personal control. Its like down some whirlwind vortex, I was being led. A whole lot of just too much, yet your participating...but its like being swept in a rapid and losing control somehow.

Because I do like to stay inside that energy window. don't like losing control.

and so today I in fact feel lousy and canceled any grand plan I may have considered last night at 11:30 pm.
How are you feeling now after your Caryophyllene inhaling, better?
